1 Week to go to the largest worldwide real estate exhibition - SIMA07.
The ninth edition of the Madrid Real Estate Exhibition, taking place from 29 May to 2 June, will cover a total of 100 000 square meters. SIMA’s International content will be distributed in two areas: SIMA’s Hall I (International Institutional and Investment Pavilion, and SIMA’s Inmotur (International Holiday Homes Pavilion), an area devoted to second homes in foreign countries where hundreds of property and property related exhibitors from more than 20 markets will participate.
SIMA will have real estate on offer from countries including Egypt, Russia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Italy, Greece, Estonia, and the countries with the greatest representation being Hungary, Argentina, Panama and the United States.
This year the International Business Centre (IBC) will have two new tools to provide opportunity for professional visitors to do business, and network with property professionals and investors from different countries.
IBC Fast Networking - an easy and fast way of networking with international collaborators. It consists of fast (5 and 10 minute) networking sessions between developers, landowners, investors and agents from different countries, which will enable professionals to establish a network of contacts with agents from different markets; and worktables have been organised by country so that professionals can do sales presentations and resolve doubts about their different markets and establish new business contacts.
