Building 1: Store: 2 offices( one with walk in safe) 2 computers added up machines and accessories , 4 till points, a butchery with a walk in fridge, machine to cut meat & accessories, a bakery with 1 bread oven and 1 proof oven with all accessories, 3 set fridges, 2 fridges owned by us. 1 fridges owned by suppliers. 2 freezers. Only vehicles is the forklift. This also includes warehouse. Please note this figure is very rough and changes daily.
Also part of the building is the outside petrol station. It has 9 pumps and 4 tanks(4x23000l tanks) The petrol stock is about , this is also a rough figure and changes daily.
Building 2: Main house: 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with 2 lounges and kitchen, patio and swimming pool. It also has bird cages, a garage that can fit 2 cars and parking for three cars under awning.
Building 3: Manager house: 3 bedroom house, with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 2 lounges.
Building 4: Supervisors house: One house split in two. Both 2 bedroom houses
Building 5: Staff dwelling, not in a good condition.
Building 6: The bottle store attached to store. It has two till point, a walk in fridge and small warehouse at back for stock.
Building 7: outside toilet consists of 3 toilets
Building 8: outside building but in terrible condition
