Central to this stunning lodge are the man-made dams, fed by a borehole system, which flow into a series of meandering water-ways, and carry peaceful trickling water past the chalets and around the entertainment area. Various paved foot-paths take you on a winding journey through magnificent gardens accentuated with fountains and water features, leading you to the individual chalets which are hidden for privacy, as well as to various private gardens which include 2 strategically placed bird and game viewing hides. The impressive reception and entertainment areas open out onto the beautiful gardens and water-ways, and all of the chalets have private patios to share these views aswell.
Decorated with true exotic North-African flair, the lodge offers 4 one bedroom en-suite chalets, each with their own private outdoor shower. Then there are 2 three bedroom chalets, each with 1 communal bathroom to share, and 1 two bedroom chalet with communal bathroom and its own private lounge.
The huge expansive entertainment area boasts an impressive area of approximately 130m2 and offers an open plan seating area, dining, and kitchen area, as well as a private lounge with fire-place, outdoor kitchen, guest ablutions, reception/ office, pool-side bar and inviting rock pool. Leading off this covered entertainment area is an outdoor braai/boma area with cooking and entertainment facilities which include a built-in fire-pit, pizza oven, and the adjoining open and airy outdoor-kitchen rondavel. Additionally there is staff accommodation on site, undercover parking, a large storage room and plenty of room for additional parking.
