It is difficult to imagine a more spectacular holiday destination or home. From there it is only a half-hour boat ride.Vilanculos Coastal Wildlife Sanctuary embraces 40, 000 hectares of peninsula and ocean fringed with white sand, shallows, and an idyllic estuary. The natural flora combines woodland and bushveld. This is truly a “Mecca” for lovers of wildlife, and a treasure trove for fishermen and birders. The development is a low density, well-controlled, high value eco-tourism venture, consisting of only 54 residential sites positioned along the ocean cliffs and beaches of the San Sebastian Peninsula. There are also three commercial lodges totalling 120 beds. To date most of the 54 sites have been sold. There are also a few resale sites available for potential investors at reasonable prices.
