Undeveloped land along the Blyde River
The 2 600 hectare reserve is situated where the Olifants and Blyde Rivers meet and this stand is overlooking the confluence of these 2 rivers. Wild Rivers is located an easy 10 kilometers outside of Hoedspruit (approximately 4,5 hours from Johannesburg and 45 minutes from the Kruger National Park).
Each of the thirtytwo 1 hectare stands, spread over 8 kilometers river frontage, is ideally situated to ensure maximum privacy and secluded bushveld living either along the Blyde River or the Olifants River. The reserve is well stocked with game including among others, impala, kudu, waterbuck, giraffe, wildebeest, zebra, nyala, warthog, bushbuck, leopard, baboon, bush pig, hippo, crocodile and some smaller cat species. There is also an abundance of birdlife including the very special Pel's fishing owl, trumpeter hornbill, African fin foot, hooded vulture and many other smaller surprises to serious birders.
Home owners are all members/shareholders of the Home Owners Association, a section 21 company who owns the remainder of the land. The reserve is managed by a full time reserve manager and his team. This building site is positioned above the 100 year flood line and offers a flat building area surrounded by large shady trees.
