Sunny and light home offers spacious lounge with doors to patio, open plan dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms (main en suite), two bathrooms, sunny patio, pool, double garage with upstairs flatlet. Dominated by farmland and vineyards until fairly recently, Constantia lies in one of the greenest, leafiest parts of Cape Town, where ‘old money’ and style are the operative description for stately homesteads, long driveways and oak-lined streets. In Constantia you still find a smattering of country lanes and horses and a number of green belts for walking the dog or stretching your legs - this is a suburb fiercely protected by its residents who have a very active ratepayers association. Cecilia Forest is a beautiful part of Constantia in which to walk. There are a number of routes to choose from, the most popular of which begins at the Cecilia Forest car park where Rhodes and Hohenhort Drives meet.- Translate

The Western Cape is bordered on the north by the Northern Cape,
on the east by the Eastern Cape, on the south by the Indian Ocean,
and on the west by the Atlantic Ocean. The major rivers in the Western
Cape are The Breede, Berg and Olifants Rivers.
The Western Cape is well known for it's award winning wines, with the
founder of Cape Town, Jan van Riebeeck, produced the first wine recorded on
the 2nd February 1659. The Cape Winelands is a region of the Western
Cape Province of South Africa. The wine routes of the Cape, some of which are an easy drive from Cape Town, include the Constantia, Durbanville, Darling and Walker Bay winelands.
Vegetation in the Western Cape is extremely diverse, with one of the
world's seven floral kingdoms almost exclusively endemic to the province, namely
the Cape Floral Kingdom, most of which is covered by Fynbos. It is extremely
rich in species diversity, with more plant species occurring on Table Mountain
than the entire United Kingdom. It is characterised by various types of shrubs,
thousands of flowering plant species and some small trees.
The arid interior is dominated by Karoo
drought-resistant shrubbery. The West Coast and Klein
Karoo are semi-arid regions and are typified by many species of
succulents and drought-resistant shrubs and acacia trees. The Garden Route
is extremely lush, with temperate rainforest covering many areas adjacent
to the coast and along the mountain ranges.
