Dear Reader,

No parking - “The booming economy and increased car sales have put pressure on parking space at South Africa's office parks and shopping malls. In Sandton - one of South Africa's main financial services and shopping hubs - six parking bays have been set aside for each 100m² of office space rented, up from four in the recent past” This is what Don Robertson from Sunday Times reported this week.

The battle of the giants, CBD or suburbs? With problems such as parking and no public transport it would seem reasonable that the demand for residential property closer to work should be climbing. On the other hand South Africa’s work opportunities are more spatially diffused should increase demands for homes in the suburbs.

But we all know what happens when two dogs fight over one bone, the third dog might run away with it. Golf resorts! The demand for golf resorts continue growing in South Africa. Golf resorts are in vogue – by IAfrica

In the heart of South Africa's famous Garden Route, a charming world of lakes, rivers, fens, estuaries and beaches gently unfolds against a backdrop of lush forest and lofty mountains - all elements that characterise the Wilderness National Park. The charm of Wilderness is its other-worldliness; its sense of being cut off by its boundaries of sea and forest from the hectic workday world. The Home Channel gets Martha Stewart

She gave meaning to the phrase “how-to” in lifestyle programming.
