Miracles never seem to amaze us!
The world's most expensive house a 12-bedroom mansion on "Billionaire's Row" in West London, next door to Kensington Palace and the London home of the Sultan of Brunei was sold this week for £70-million!
The mansion is 55 times the size of the average UK home and has parking space for 20 cars. The property, which boasts Turkish baths, a ballroom and bejeweled basement swimming pool, was bought three years ago by Formula One racing boss Bernie Eccleston for £50-million as a "surprise gift" for his wife. Eccleston never moved in. His wife, Slavica, apparently hated the place.
This sale is likely to be recognised in the Guinness Book of Records as the most expensive house ever. The previous record was £62.7-million for a 1997 sale in Hong Kong.
Where else would you enjoy warm hospitality, friendly but diverse people, many attractions and cultural sites, an unique Orchid house with various rare Orchids and a City full of roses? Bloemfontein, capital of the Free State Province.
Did you know that the key to a successful move is the amount of forward planning that you do? Once the planning phase is complete the rest should be relatively easy. We share some good tips on moving in "Have Fun" this week.

Internet marketing, like the conventional way, revolves around increasing traffic. Traffic here being not the number of people visiting the stores, offices or phoning the offices countrywide but the number of eyeballs your ad is exposed to. The trick here is to pay as little as possible for every banner displayed to potential customers. Banner advertising together with direct email is one of the more successful ways of marketing products and services on the Internet. It is common practice in Internet marketing to charge per impression (every time a banner or advert is displayed). This however can get costly especially if a site is very busy. Being on a busy site is not necessarily the ultimate. Advertising to a smaller but more targeted market often results in a more successful campaign.
