The new embassy of Republic of South Africa in Sofia has opened doors on Wednesday. Hoisting of South African and Bulgarian national flags marked the opening of the new ultra modern building, situated in the Platinum Business Centre. "I am extremely happy that we settled in such ultra modern and in the same time such exquisitely cosy building", said Gerhard Visser, acting ambassador to Bulgaria. The atmosphere of our new home combines the authentic architecture style of old Sofia and a most modern design, Visser said. The business building is situated on Bacho Kiro Str. 26-30, in the heart of Sofia, and is close to almost all important government, finance and culture institutions. The project was funded by Bulgaria Platinum Group, investing in the real estate development in Bulgaria. |
