Langebaan, Western Cape, South Africa - You know when you are in a holiday town because people go to cafés and supermarkets in swim wear, sarongs and bare feet – Langebaan is such a place. This popular town and seaside resort has everything the sunseeker, nature lover or waterlover could ever want. Set on the banks of the Langebaan Lagoon in the heart of the West Coast National Park.

In Have Fun this week we take the party outside - Planning a garden party is almost as much fun as going to one. You don't need an enormous lawn with space for furniture. A small patio, city backyard - or any outdoor space with room for chairs and a group of people - can be a perfect garden party setting.

Enjoy!

>> Real estate sector

The real estate sector of the JSE comprises property unit rusts (PUTs) and property loan stocks (PLSs). There are 29 companies in the listed property sector.

When you invest in listed property through a PUT or a PLS, you invest in a portfolio of properties. These properties are in turn let to tenants and you share in the rentals through distributions by the company.

Units are issued to you when you invest in a PUT. When you invest in a PLS, you are issued with linked units, which are made up of a share and a debenture (loan)...
