Dear Reader
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MADIBA!
On 18 July South Africans will once again share Madibas
birthday with him, his family. This time round the whole world
will be joining us in this worthwhile endeavour.
What is Mandela Day? Mandela Day is an annual celebration
of Nelson Mandelas life and a global call to action
for people to recognise their individual ability to make an
imprint and change the world around them.
The Mandela Day campaign message is simple: Nelson Mandela
has given 67 years of his life fighting for the rights of
humanity. All that is asked of you is to give 67 minutes of
your time, whether its supporting your chosen charity
or serving your local community. How will you spend your 67
minutes this Sunday?
Have you felt more positive in the future of the South Africa
Market? Based on the experts, the South Africa market is on
the up. How will this affect your future and your future planning.
FNB Home Loans Property Barometer For January 2010 to March
2010; "While, demand of property barely changed during
the second half of 2009, there was a clear rise in demand
during the first quarter of 2010. Demand rose from 5.65 to
5.68 in Q4 of 2009, but that figure leaped to 6.35 in Q1 of
2010. This is a highest activity levels have been in the last

It would seem that a ray of light is finally appearing on
the horizon for the Real Estate industry.
