Biesmiellah restaurant in upper Wale Street is full of Afrikaans tannies on this chilly Thursday morning. They're completely out of place. The whites that hang around the Bo-Kaap are usually young, often European and always magazine-trendy. They know that Biesmiellah makes the best rotis in Cape Town.
