Dear Reader,
It is back to work... back to reality for most of us! I trust that it
has been a most enjoyable week for most of you.
Here at CyberProp we are back at working to give you the latest
and greatest property related news and articles. One of
the articles that I can recommend this week is Durban property
- big "catch up" in 2005? Will house prices in Durban
catch up with the house prices currently achieved in Cape Town
and Johannesburg? Read what Barak Geffen of Sothebys International
Realty had to say about this issue.
A community worked together to help save belongings worth thousands of
rands when lighting struck a thatched roof house, a familiar face
in South Africa. Read what the owners had to say in Lightning sets
thatched-roof house ablaze
With this article in mind I just had to share some valuable point to ponder
on with all our thatched roof house and lapa owners - Have
fun.
One of the best sights to observe dolphins leaping and surfing in the
wind is Ballito, Kwazulu Natal, South Africa. The dolphins favour
this stretch of coastline because of its relatively clear and shallow
water allowing the dolphins to swim close to the shore to feed. Ballito
is "The Pearl of the Dolphin Coast". This week in Focus
on we take a closer look at this jewell.
To enable us to give you the best articles, advice, whatever you may call
it, we include a survey that we ask ALL our readers to complete.
Don't worry we won't ask you for your shoe size and NOT how many vehicles
you have in your front yard and yah, how many you have in your back yard.
We need your input so come on, go and complete the survey form NOW!
Enjoy!
CyberProp greetings!
