Dear Reader

Peter Drucker gave a management tip this week in Business Day; “The most important thing in communication is to hear what isn’t being said”. In our case we should say “The most important thing in communication is to read what isn’t written”. For me this is so true as I’m confused this week. Is it the right time to buy yes or no? The one says yes and the other one says no. Who to believe? Maybe we should forget about if it is the right time to buy and focus on what Andre de Villiers, a Cape Town real estate personality has to say about “Why am I not selling”.
