Season Greetings!

With Christmas and New Year round the corner, it's the time of the year to be merry and joyous. It is the perfect time to take a break and to cherish the time with your family. It is the season to feel the love all around and spread joy and warmth. It is also the time for us to end 2009 as far as our newsletter is concern.

2009 was not an easy year for the property industry. However, it is to believed that South Africa has reached the bottom of declines in house prices and has started the recovery process. We are thankful to all our property groups for supplying us with content for our newsletter and we are thankful to our readers (readership nearly 40 000) for their support and constant feedback.

2010 and as all eyes will be on South Africa for the hosting of the Soccer World Cup while economists forecast an improvement in the second quarter. We wish you all heartiest wishes for a very happy and successful year ahead!
