| >> The Property Game - Christmas House Shopping |
|
Supplied by Dave Welmans www.thepropertygame.co.za 'Buy in a slow market and sell in a fast one' are words of wisdom bandied about in property circles. As we head downhill towards the end of the year and bump through the silly season of parties, holidays and family gatherings, events conspire this year to make this adage particularly apt. If you are in the market to buy a home, now is the ideal time to snap up bargains as the rest of the country go about their business of rushing around and focusing on year-end parties and Christmas shopping... |
| >> Strong year for auction industry |
|
The auction industry experienced a strong year driven by demand for commercial property in a climate of low interest rates and a stable currency. Rael Levitt, Asset Alliance's Chief Executive, said: "The year showed particularly strong growth in the Southern African auction industry, largely off a strong commercial property market evident in most urban areas. "Low interest rates, strong business confidence and a stable currency fuelled demand for investment real estate and the majority of the group's sales arose from this market sector."... |

| >> Residential property market along the Atlantic Seaboard is increasingly becoming a buyers market |
|
Steven Delit of RE/MAX Living Atlantic, says this reflects a trend that emerged in February this year, with sales for every month of this year lower than the year-earlier month. | >> Focus on Llandudno, Western Cape, Sout Africa |
|
This is one of the most beautiful beaches in Cape Town and is situated only 18 kilometres from the centre of the city. The tranquil little cove is perfect for those that seek complete peace and privacy. It is named after a British seaside town in Wales and this small exclusive seaside village has only one road in and out and no shops whatsoever. The beach is picture perfect framed by bushes, trees and giant boulders and has a good surfable wave. From the rocks you can see the remains of the tanker Romelia shipwrecked in 1977 after the tow rope snapped and the tug lost control. A 20 minute walk from Sunset Rocks is the famous nudist beach of Sandy Bay, the mention of which often causes guffaws. There is no direct vehicle access, which helps to stop passing ogglers, and generally people respect each others privacy. The only ones getting a good view of this beach are those taking a scenic helicopter ride from the Waterfront. From www.go2africa.com
Llandudno is one of the most most picturesque places you will ever surf. The water is electric blue and as clear as that of the Mediteranean. The beach is also extremely popular with Cape Town's body beautiful. The break does tend to get a little bit crowded here, as do all smallish spots. The local presence is also felt, and it is not advisable to paddle out with an attitude. From www.places.co.zaView Properties in the Western Cape | View Properties in Llandudno |

"I was made aware of this amazing package that cyberagent was about to launch by your consultant Chris, being quite familiar with the professional network edition I wanted to know more. Our principal and myself signed for the mobile edition as soon as we returned from the Cape Town launch which I found very informative in itself. My hottest property at this stage was used as the featured property and
with the help of my PDA and Cyberagent Mobile I was able to market not
only that property but all my other properties with impressive professionalism.
The cost in setting up with the Mobile Edition becomes insignificant to
the time this system has saved me. My PDA has assisted me in concluding
3 successful sales in the last month. I would at this stage also like
to commend your back-up and technical staff for the professional manner
in which they handle queries and customizing the Professional Edition
for me. I would definitely recommend that every professional agent in
the industry should have Cyberagent" "We had a very successful property expo over the weekend. Once again the support form John at Cyberprop was tremendous. John helped in writing a property CD and in the set up to a plasma screen. Thanks again to John and to all at Cyberprop/USP who continue to exceed
this customers expectations. If you would like to know more about the above features and benefits that CyberAgent offer, visit: www.cyberagent.co.za or email: sales@cyberprop.com |
