South Africa's Quarterly Gross Domestic Product (GDP) slowed to
4.7 percent, in the third quarter, from the second quarter's 5.5
percent growth. The finance, real estate and business services
sector, the economy's biggest, grew 5,9%, somewhat slower than the
previous quarter's 10,1% in a sign that interest rate hikes have
started to take effect. Experts are predicting an interest rate
still in this month and one at the beginning of 2007
Office buildings near Gautrain stations are the provinces
newest property hot spots. And with experts saying Gautengs
office space shortage is the worst its been in 10 years, prices

Paarl
is one of the oldest towns in South Africa and particularly
known for its mountain or "Paarl Rock". The huge granite
rock is formed by three rounded outcrops that make up Paarl Mountain
and is the second largest granite outcrop in the world. Paarl boasts
