Property
group Chas Everitt International has opened a second office in East London,
indicating its confidence in the strength of the citys property market.
Says Clinton Krouse, owner of the new franchise: Although the group
already has a well-established office in the city, the local market now
definitely offers scope for a second office.
Our new franchise will trade as Chas Everitt East London West,
which will be our core focus, but we will not be limited to that area,
and together with the existing Chas Everitt office we will increase the
brands market share right across the city.
Krouse, who converted an existing real estate office to the brand in
January, says he joined Chas Everitt International because of its extensive
international, national, regional and local client base as well as the
groups professionalism and extensive marketing and IT capabilities.
These will benefit the trusted client base that we have built up
trading as Express Properties in East London over the past six years,
he says.
Our buyers will have greater peace of mind in that they are dealing
with an internationally recognised brand when making their single biggest
investment in life, and our sellers will enjoy increased marketing exposure
with faster turn-around times in every aspect.
Krouse says the East London property market is recovering steadily from
the economic downturn but still offers good opportunities for investors
in various sectors.
