Private client growth on the increase for Spire Property

Spire Property Management is growing strongly, with the recent securing of eight new management contracts in the greater Cape Town area.

“The properties are all retail centres belonging to two private clients. Seven of these belong to one client and range from 500 square metres in size to 2000 square metres,” explains Marc Edwards, General Manager of Spire. “The other one is the Parklands Junction Centre on Parklands Main Road, a 3500 square metre centre anchored by Macdonalds and Woolworths.”

Property Managers are of vital importance to Landlords and should be intricately involved in the tenants business and understand what the tenants need to succeed.
