the group's 2005 Top Achiever for residential
sales

For an amazing fourth
year in a row, the top Homenet award for residential sales
has come home to Centurion with Pieter and Joey Maritz,
the dynamic couple who head up leading local agency Homenet
VWB.
This year, the Top Achiever
trophy for the highest amount of commission generated from
residential sales went to Pieter, who also won it in 2003.
Joey, who claimed the trophy
last year and in 2002, took third place in the commissioned
earned category this year and was also named as one of top
10 performers in the residential units sold category.

Pieter Smith has just pulled off a double win to become

2005.

offices around the country to claim the group's 2005 Top
Achiever awards for development sales in both the units
sold and commission earned categories.

has emerged as a star corporate performer in the giant Homenet
group, having brought home eight top accolades from the
group's recent national awards ceremony.
The agency's Elizabeth Wright
and Dina Anvari started the ball rolling when they were
placed among the top residential sales achievers in both
the units sold and commission generated categories.
Sterling sales over the past
12 months then enabled it to scoop all three of the First
National Bank, Nedbank and Standard Bank trophies awarded
for outstanding support by a Homenet agency over the past
12 months.

group's top agricultural sales agent - for a remarkable
fourth year running.
Her achievement was announced

agency, Homenet 1st Realtors, won the national award presented
by Standard Bank for the highest number of new home loans
registered in the past 12 months as a result of agency referrals.

estate agency group, has appointed a new member to its board
of directors.
Dr Willie Marais, who is the
principal of Homenet Maxima in Pretoria, was elected to
the position during the group's 14th annual national conference
held recently in KwaZulu-Natal.

Class of 2005: There were more than
80 graduates from the Homenet Academy this year. In
recognition of the contribution
that the Academy makes to raising service standards
in the real estate industry, Standard Bank has committed
to a two-year sponsorship of the institution.

that the Homenet Training Academy makes to raising service
standards in the real estate industry, Standard Bank has
committed to a two-year sponsorship of the institution.
The sponsorship was announced
this week during Homenet's annual national conference, attended
by some 500 delegates from more than 160 offices around
the country.
Established in 1995 on the premise
that the best agents are the best-trained agents, the training
academy continues to distinguish Homenet today as the only
South African estate agency group with a full-time, fully-fledged
training “college” for its members.
