management specialists, Spire Property Management, continue their upward
growth trend with the recent securing of two new management contracts.
"The first property is Harrington House, a 13 000 square metre building
on the corner of Barrack and Buitenkant streets, next to the police station
in the Cape Town CBD," explains Marc Edwards, General Manager of
Spire. "It is owned by a private company and is currently occupied
predominantly by tenants in the textile industry but is also a prime location
for tenants wanting CBD office space at affordable rentals starting from
R50 per square metre."
"The other management contract is for Millside Park, an industrial
property in Ndabeni, Pinelands with industrial rentals of R35 per square
metre and retail rentals of R65 per square meter."
