Seaboard and City Bowl franchises in Cape Town, the dynamic Chas Everitt
International property group is now opening an Atlantic Seaboard office.
Operating from high-profile premises in Main Road, Seapoint, this franchise will also serve homebuyers and sellers in Bakoven, Bantry Bay, Camps Bay, Clifton, Fresnaye, Green Point, Mouille Point and Three Anchor Bay.
It will be headed up by Charl Louw, who also owns Chas Everitt Northern Suburbs, and run by GM Abri Meyer, who notes that well over R1bn worth of luxury freehold property was sold in the Atlantic Seaboard suburbs in the 12 months to end-February - despite the recession that prevailed for most of 2009.
"In addition, hundreds of sectional title units in these areas changed hands during this period, mostly in Green Point and Sea Point, "where apartment prices averaging R1,5 to R2m attracted many new owners who spotted the opportunity to get a foothold in what is still SA's most sought-after stretch of real estate".
