The world-renowned Kruger National Park in South Africa offers a wildlife experience that ranks with the best in Africa and the world.
Kruger Park is a self-drive destination (see example of itinerary) although a variety of safaris are offer ed for those not wishing to drive themselves.
Laundromats are available at Skukuza, Berg-en-Dal, Olifants, Pretoriuskop, Lower Sabie, Mopani, Shingwedzi, Letaba, Satara and Crocodile Bridge.
Information centres and display manned by qualified officers are at Letaba,
Skukuza and Berg-en-dal.
Grocery and curio shops are available at all camps except Bush Lodges.
Swimming pools are available for resident guest only in Pretoriuskop, Berg-en-dal, Shingwedzi and Mopani.
Petrol and diesel is available in all the rest camps and all the entrance gates except Paul Kruger, Punda Maria, Numbi and Phalaborwa.
Public telephones are available in all the rest camps and bushveld camps, and entrance gates.
Radio and television are not provided in the park, however visitors who bring their own may not disturb other visitors.
Skukuza rest camp has a resident doctor, post office and banking facilities. If you are not familiar with the Kruger Park we suggest you take your time in planning your safari and remember advance bookings are necessary. (Bookings can be made up 12 months in advance)
