Homenet Overberg goes to Cape Town

The string of successful Homenet estate agencies in the Overberg district, owned by property stalwart Conrad de Swardt, has been expanded to include two city offices in Cape Town.

De Swardt has acquired offices in Tygerberg and Blaauwberg, which brings the total number of Homenet agencies under his wing to 16.

He has established a firm presence in the Overberg, Overstrand and Breede River regions, with offices in idyllic coastal and country towns such as Kleinmond, Hermanus, Stanford, Gansbaai, Bredasdorp, Struisbaai, Napier, Swellendam, Montagu, Worcester, Barrydale, Heidelberg, Bonnievale and Robertson.

“I have assembled a group of highly trained and dedicated agents and now we look forward to bringing our trademark services to property clients in the greater Blaauwberg and Tygerberg areas,” he says.

“ We offer a two-way service: sell your property through us and buy your next property anywhere in the Western Cape through us, or let us refer you to one of our 160 professional Homenet offices countrywide,” he says.

De Swardt’s expertise in the industry stretches beyond merely understanding the local real estate market. He has also distinguished himself as one of the leading and most successful developers in the Western Cape.

Some of his developments include projects such as Sunrise Village in Stanford, the Two Oceans Golf Estate and Resort in Bredasdorp, and Bergzicht in Robertson. “We are currently working on a few other new developments and aim to bring more units to the market in due course,” he says.
