In Property market, more balanced Herschel Jawitz, CEO of Jawitz Properties, believes that the property market in 2016 has started to shift to reflect the state of the economy, the current rising interest rate cycle and the relatively low levels of consumer and business confidence.

Certain property features that you may be used to - or even take for granted - might actually be just what buyers are looking for, so you should make sure that they are included when your home is advertised or listed online.
