These days everybody is looking for a bargain and with property prices on the rise in many areas, many people are looking for a quick "fixer-upper". Richard Gray, CEO of Harcourts Real Estate, gives us some advice in what to look for when buying one of these properties in How to spot a worthwhile fixer-upper
