In Local property market takes strain - light at the end of the tunnel we read that according to the Estate Agent Survey released by FNB, consumer confidence is being suppressed by economic uncertainties and although there is not a whole lot to be inspired by at the moment, there are still markets defying this trend.

According to Paul Stevens, CEO of Just Property, common sense dictates that even the best property in the best area will not be tenanted every day of every year for the next 10 or 20 years.
