It's been a very slow week on the Real Estate News front as many people are still enjoying an Easter break, but we managed to scrape a few articles together for your weekly property news fix .

According to Charl Bester, wealth and portfolio manager at Kruger International, the question to buy or rent is an extremely valid one. Although most people assume that buying automatically works in your favour, since you are paying off an asset.
