In When Does an Estate Agent Earn a Commission? we read that a qualified estate agent has an extensive knowledge of the local property market which means that he or she knows what properties in the area are selling for, and is therefore able to make the most accurate valuation of a seller’s property.

There are many advantages of living in a sectional title scheme according to Willem le Roux, director at the sectional title finance company Propell. Be believes that the most important being the sharing of major costs of upkeep to the building/s and the sharing of municipal costs – with access to many amenities that the buyer may not be able to afford if he had bought a freestanding unit.
